Most astrology sells certainty. These readings are built the other way round, and say so on every page.

Approximate, and honest about it

Positions use simplified approximations rather than a precision ephemeris. Houses, aspects, retrogrades, outer planets and the sidereal zodiac are not calculated — and each reading shows its own method note in plain words.

A starting point, not a verdict

Readings offer language for noticing your own experience. They are not predictions, not a definition of who you must be, and not a judgement on a relationship.

Begin with what you have

A birth date is enough to start. Birth time and place refine a chart when you know them, and a Rising sign needs both — so a missing time limits the reading rather than guessing at it.

What is Lodestar?
Lodestar is a browser-based space for astrology-inspired reflection. It offers symbolic readings, a daily theme and question, and private notes — starting points for noticing your own experience, not predictions of what must happen.
Do I need to know astrology to use it?
No. Start with a question or a theme that interests you. The symbols are a starting point for reflection, not a test to pass or a description you have to fit.
Which reading should I choose?
My birth chart looks at you through an approximate chart, Our compatibility compares two charts, and the 2028 New Year guide offers themes for the year ahead.
Which languages are supported?
English and Japanese. Every page has an address in both languages, and you can switch at any time.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Lodestar is available from age 14. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Under 14 is not permitted, because no child account is offered.
Is the website the same as the Lodestar iOS app?
No. They are separate products. A website reading is a one-time purchase on this store; it is not an iOS subscription, and neither purchase unlocks the other.
